We Rate Your Probability Of Getting One

Whenever you deal with a financial company you expect a good outcome. This can now be measured.

The Odds

We Measure Good Outcome Probability

The odds have now changed in you favour

In July 2023 the government appointed regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), changed the landscape for consumers.

It introduced 'Consumer Duty' regulations to ensure 'Good Outcomes' for all who deal with regulated financial companies and individuals.

This regulation requires all firms to set out the key parameters they operate under to ensure this is achieved with you.

We have developed the technology to quantify these key objectives and the measures put in place by each regulated firm.

We then rate them based on this, as well as the traditional factors. This enables us to define your chances of achieving the good outcome you naturally seek - and avoid firms who do not make the grade.

To learn more about Consumer Duty and how it affects you, find us on X (formally Twitter) and Instagram.

How It Works
About Us

Our Story

Led by the belief that there is good and bad in everything, all we need is a way to tell them appart.

Good Outcomes was founded by an editor journalist, the CEO and MD of an investment company and a well established software developer.

We all have experience of the financial industry and came together as a group of end users, operators, providers and, importantly, sceptics.

One thing we could all agree on is that it is impossible to tell the good from the bad - and there seemed to be a lot of bad to consider. So we set out a new way of changing this and ensuring Good Outcomes for all.
